Animals are nothing but objects for them. Not onlyDo they not take care of them properly, but when asked to reserve for a certain animal, they just gave it to someone else because they "came first " when I called a few times in advance to get updated. Very unprofessional.
All animals look clean and well fed, only sort of issue is their crickets. On certain days of the week they have little to no crickets left, and the ones that are left are usually half dead.
A friend said that it's closed.
