Sylvette's and David's spinning classes are fantastic! Highly recommend. Just started ZTraining as well, Sebastien is a great coach...well worth the added costs. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Love this gym!
I used to go to World gym. Centre sportif Rosemere is better in any way. Clean, professional and amazing staff. I recommend this gym to everyone.
